I have been married for 19 years to my wife, Jane, who is a math
teacher at Carver Middle School in Leesburg. We have two daughters,
Lindsay and Lauren. Lindsay is a junior at Leesburg High who is
enrolled in AP classes, a varsity cheerleader, an active member of
several clubs as well as a former Miss Leesburg. Lauren is an 8th
grade honor student at Carver Middle and is on the yearbook staff as
well as a member of the Builder’s Club. We place a great deal of
importance on education and believe it is a key ingredient for
success.
My greatest joy is spending time with my family and being a supporting
parent and role model. We have always made it a priority to encourage
our children and attend all of their activities. Our home has always
been a place that welcomes kids. At a young age I learned from my
parents about giving back to the community. My parents were involved
in the Leesburg High School Athletic Booster Club, and my father was
one of the “Silly Six” that raised the money to build the present
Leesburg High School football stadium.
In my spare time, I enjoy hunting and scuba diving and an occasional
round of golf.
